Oxford Dungarees and other news.

Once again I have been very neglectful of the old blog. There seem to be so many things crowding in that blogging sometimes has to be put on the back burner. I think perhaps a little less time on Facebook and Pinterest and a bit more time spent in doing the things I should be doing wouldn't go amiss. Consider myself duly chastised!!

I have much to tell, but all that excitement requires a longer more considered post. So just a quick shot of what I have been working on for today.

I am privileged to live in a beautiful part of the world, namely the county of Oxfordshire in the UK. Our little corner os the globe is betwixt
the Cotswolds

High Street Burford

and The Dreaming Spires of the famous university city.

Synonymous with Oxford are bicycles, LOTS OF THEM!

So in recognition of this heritage

These are made from the wonderful Lullaby Line Overalls pattern by Amy Hindman of Peek-a-Boo Patterns, a goddess of pattern making. Pop over using the affiliate link on the side bar to see her range of super patterns.

These have been made for a wonderful little shop in Oxford called Two Foot Nothing

situated in Oxfords famous and historical covered market. I could write a whole post just about the market to be honest... maybe another day LOL.

Once this order for Two Foot Nothing is complete I shall be making some more of this super pattern which will be available online on my Loubilou store.

Catch you later alligators, there's stitching to be done :D
